If a piece is not right, we will make it simple to resolve.
Window
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Condition
Pieces must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and packaging intact. Caps are eligible only if unworn.
How to Begin
Email care@elahda.com with your order number and the piece concerned. We will confirm the return address and next steps.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5—7 working days of receipt and inspection.
